- Most weeks the office hours are:
- Mondays: 12.30pm - 6pm
- Tuesdays: 8.30am - 5pm
- Wednesdays: 8.30am -5pm
- Thursdays: 8.30am - 6pm
- We usually close for lunch: 1.30 - 2.30pm
- Fridays to Sundays, usually closed.
The osteopaths do work more hours than these including some evening appointments – this is when the phones will be manned.
Updating and Cancelling Appointments
If you wish to update or cancel an appointment, we usually require 24 hours notice. Appointments are scarce and we usually have quite a few people waiting for urgent appointments. Please give us as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointment.

Get off at Junction 10 and follow signs for the N24 to Waterford.
After 2 roundabouts keep following the N24 Waterford/Clonmel road for about 3 miles. You are looking out for a large truck garage called SureHaul (a Mercedes Garage) on your right.
Just after (literally 20m) the garage, you will see a sign right marked Knocklofty.
Follow this road for about a mile straight and you will come to a junction. Follow this along and to the left for about 200m. Then you will see a right turn marked Knocklofty.
Take this turn and follow the windy road for about a mile and a half. You will come to a junction on the corner of a more main road.
Turn left at this junction and carry on for about 300m past a junction to your right for Newcastle – do not take this but carry straight on and you will see a beautiful bridge coming up. Turn right just before the bridge into the grounds of Knocklofty house (you will see a signpost for the leisure centre).
Go up this avenue for about 500m and the first house on your left, which is inside a walled garden with a plaque outside, is us!
Head for the south side of the town over the river towards the Dungarvan/Ardfinnan road. There is a left turn on this road for Dungarvan – do not take this.
Carry straight on this road for about 4 miles until the road finally bends right and goes over a beautiful bridge. Just past the bridge, take the first left into the grounds of Knocklofty House.
Carry on up the avenue for 500m and we are the first house on the left. This is inside a walled garden with a plaque outside.
